Park Rules

General Rules

  • Please follow the “Stanford Ranch” signs to reach our Rv Park.
  • Please call Scott if you have any questions or need help at (940) 393-1001

  • Cabins check-in time after 3 PM, check-out 11 AM
  • Camping check-in time after 12 PM, check-out 11 AM
  • Quiet time 10PM-7:00 AM
  • Keep site location clean
  • No major overhauling or mechanical work on any vehicles
  • Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult on dock
  • All children 13 and under must wear a life vest on dock
  • Outdoor fire pits and cookers can be used when there is NO Burn Ban
  • Please contact staff for verification of burn ban
  • No public intoxication: immediate removal
  • No illegal drug use allowed: immediate removal
  • Speed limit is 10 MPH on main road and 5 MPH by campsites
  • Site fees are due at the beginning of stay or on or before the 1st of each month
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors

Pet Policy

  • Must clean up after dog(s)
  • All dogs must be leashed outdoors, no exceptions
  • 2 dog max(must be notified)

Additional Policies

  • No smoking pot
  • No garden gnomes, fences, plants, semipermanent structures, etc
  • Trash policy: trash only from camp during stay; no outside waste is allowed in dumpster
  • 2 vehicles (boat included)allowed per site, if more, they have to be parked in designated area.
  • Keep your distance from wildlife and livestock
  • NO DISCHARGE OF ANY WEAPON
  • NO FIREWORKS
